Sharon works at the La Crosse location and has 30 plus years of experience in the salon industry. She is a previous salon owner and Instructor. Sharon specializes in Wig customizing and is trained in hairstyling. perming and cutting for women, men and children. Sharon is available for any of these services and is ready to take on another 30 years!

 Kim Becker

Kim has 28 years of experience as a stylist. She works (3) days a week at the  La Crosse location and would be happy to help you with any of your hair care needs!

Amy Ware

Amy has been at the La Crosse location for 5 1/2 years and beauty is her passion! Making someone's day is very rewarding and great attitudes are contagious. Amy invites you to come in and see her to help you find your best look!

Barry Hughs

Barry is a stylist and trainer at the Holmen location. He has been in the industry 21 years. Barry enjoys fulfilling his clients with new and advanced cuts and colors.

Holly Hansen

Holly is proud to work at an AVEDA Concept Salon. She is a licensed cosmetologist and a certified massage practitioner. She offers all hair services and achieves perfect harmony through massage and bodywork. Holly has been in the industry for over 5 years, and believes the "Ultimate" gift is one of relaxation and she can give you that! Chelsie Bristow

Chelsie is licensed in both aesthetics and nails. She has been on the Ultimate team for over 5 years and works at both the Holmen and La Crosse location, specializing in facials, body wraps, full body waxing, makeup application/lessons, manicures and pedicures. Theresa Soto-Guzman

Theresa is a stylist at the Holmen location. She enjoys coming to work everyday and she loves being inspired by others as well as being inspirational to others. Theresa thrives to create the best style to fulfill all of her guests needs and invites you to come in and see her!

Kesha Pettis

Kesha is new to the industry and is on the La Crosse team. She has a passion for cosmetology and is excited to start her career in such an exciting salon! Kesha would love to help you find "Your" new perfect look!

Pamela works full time as a sale and service coordinator. She is customer service focused and strives to make your experience with us an "Ultimate" one!

Miranda Roellich

Miranda works as a sale and service coordinator and began in May 2007. She is currently attending UW-L and currently undeclared as to her major. Miranda is a La Crosse native. "Working at the Ultimate has been a great experience for me, especially getting to meet all of the clients in a more personal way"!

Elizabeth Butler

Elizabeth works as a sales and service coordinator at the Holmen location and started in June of 2007. She loves coming to work every day! "The staff is wonderful to work with and I enjoy meeting all the guests who walk through the door."  Elizabeth is currently a student at Holmen High School and hopes to have the opportunity to work with you soon.
