| For your convenience we accept cash, VISA,
MasterCard, AVEDA corporate gift cards and Ultimate
Salon gift cards. |

Service Guarantee |

Our services are guaranteed for seven days. If
you are experiencing any challenges, please notify us within that time
frame. We do not offer refunds, but will work with you, to ensure your
satisfaction.

APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS |
|
Your appointment time is reserved just for YOU. If you're unable to keep your appointment, pleas notify us 24 hours in
advance. Spa appointments scheduled for more then two hours
must be secured with a credit card or gift card number. Less than a 24
hour cancellation will be charged a 50% service fee.

| To ensure the comfort of our guests, please do
not bring unscheduled children to your appointments. Please silence
your cell phone and/or pagers. We are proud to be
a smoke free environment. |

Ultimate
Return Policy
All of our AVEDA products are backed with a 7 day in-salon credit only
policy. Returns on fragrances, Personal Blends products, candles or
Singular Notes products are not accepted.
Items purchased in our Boutique have a seven day return
policy. Credit or exchange only. All returns must have original tags in
place and show no signs of use or wear to be excepted.
