we accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, AVEDA corporate gift cards and Ultimate Salon gift cards.
GUARANTEE
for seven days. If you are experiencing any challenges, please notify us within seven days. We do not offer refunds, but will work with you, to ensure your satisfaction.
APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS
If you're unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Spa appointments scheduled for more than two hours must be secured with a credit card or gift card number. Less than a 24 hour cancellation will be charged a 50% service fee.
POLICIES
of our guests, please do not bring unscheduled children to your appointments and silence your cell phone. We are proud to be a smoke free environment.
