Salon & Spa Policies To ensure the comfort of our guests, please do not bring
unscheduled children to your salon or spa appointments. Please silence
your cell phones and pagers during your time with us. We are proud to be
a smoke free environment. Cancellations Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If
you're unable to keep your salon or spa appointment, please notify us by
phone, a minimum of 24
hours in advance. All spa appointments scheduled for more then two hours
must be secured with a credit card or gift card number. Less than a 24
hour cancellation will be charged 50% service fee. Ultimate Return Policy All of our AVEDA products are backed with a 7day in-salon credit only policy. Returns on fragrances, Personal Blends products, candles or Singular Notes products are not accepted. Items purchased in our Boutique have a seven day return
policy. Credit or exchange only. All returns must have original tags in
place and show no signs of use or wear to be excepted. All returns are
subject to approval and are not guaranteed. Service Guarantee Our services are guaranteed for seven days. If you are
experiencing any challenges, please notify us within that time frame. We
do not offer refunds, but will work with you, honoring our guarantee,
with no additional costs. Payment We accept cash, checks, Ultimate Salon gift cards,
VISA, MasterCard and AVEDA corporate gift cards. Appointments Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, pleas notify us 24 hours in advance. All appointments must be made by phone.
